Words don't mean anything & that's why me leaving a reply is difficult....... What does it really mean to follow Jesus? Corey, This is the stuff that we r supposed to be angry about if we care, which we do....when it suits us. I love that you're wrestling with this & i love that U R talking about it, having these conversations, challenging people, kicking people in the arse and calling each other up into these realities is so where it's at! U don't even have to be a Christian to care about this stuff & help & have compassion & make a difference! BUT that is what WE as followers of Jesus have been called to do! I believe the mission of Christ is to 'PUT THINGS RIGHT', all over the world yes......but we can start with our neighbours and towns. Husbands beat wives, children are abused, Aboriginals & other minority groups are treated like crap, people are starving, hurting, dying in every country! The Love of God in us can make a massive difference!!!! What does it look like in action??? JESUS! Keep talking & keep asking the BIG questions. Sorry to use so many words : ( Hey there,

Mate, i am guessing, as it is an alien sensation to me these days, that the tight feeling in my throat right now is a sense of desparate compassion, you know.. the type Jesus had.
